The organisers have negotiated a limited block of rooms at the special conference rate of EUR 199/night for a single and EUR 229/night for a double room, including VAT and breakfast.

Cancellation policy:

Room reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 4 days before arrival, 4 p.m. German time.  After that, the hotel reserves the right to charge 90% of the room rate for all booked nights. In the event of a no-show, there is no entitlement for the following nights if no deposit has been paid.
