Where?

A small Table-Top Exhibition accompanies the Conference.  It is located in the Conference Foyer, which also hosts the Registration Desk, Networking Cocktail Reception and all Refreshment Breaks.

Why?

Out of sight is out of (customers') mind.  Stand out from the crowd and stay in the sight of your (potential) customers!  Exhibition tables and mini-stands are focal points for conversations with other attendees.

What?

Exhibit to a highly-focused audience.  Use your exhibition table and/or mini-stand to display marketing literature and product samples, distribute promotional items, even run videos or presentations.

Pre-Programme Plan (by 1 October 2024): EUR 790
Early Plan (by 10 December 2024): EUR 990
Standard Plan (from 11 December 2024): EUR 1,190

  What's included?

 

  • Exhibition space including a standard table, tablecloth and sign with the company name; 
  • Alternatively, exhibitors can bring their own roll-up or collapsible stand (please check with us in advance to ensure that it fits in the allocated space).
  • One power socket and up to 2 chairs;
  • The table or stand serves as a focal point for discussions with other attendees and can be used to display marketing literature, samples, giveaways, a laptop running a presentation, etc.
  • Exhibitor listed on the Conference Website, including contact details and link to the company website.

Cancelation policy

Please note that we are unable to refund exhibition bookings or sponsorship packages once these have been booked.  Refunds will only be issued, if the organisers cancel the conference.
